Learn New Skills
Get a paid internship for 6 or 10 months within the federal government. Gain the tools to break the vicious cycle of "no job, no experience; no experience, no job".
Get Real Work Experience
Internships are offered in a wide variety of fields such as agriculture, arts, administration, the environment and more! Although you are not a federal employee, you are placed in the federal government, and opportunities are available to suit many interests and career goals.

During your internship, you'll be matched with a mentor who will act as your guide and advisor. This program could not exist and succeed without the willingness of federal public service employees to welcome and share with a young intern their time, energy, wisdom, and wealth of experience.
